Tsipporah has always taken the path less travelled, and found herself living in Japan for 6 years. Tsipporah’s passion for meditation was birthed from her struggles with social anxiety, navigating her new life and building relationships in Japan. What does meditation mean to me? – To me, meditation is about opening your heart and having a conversation with your soul.
